The Tea Break

Sometimes you smoke once or twice a week, other times it's everyday. As fun as smoking weed everyday sounds it's not everything it's made out to be. This will be a break from our scheduled program and a simple talk about how to take a tea break from weed.

Just like caffeine and other drugs, using a lot of it can lead to tolerance to their effects. Weed works in a similar way. It'll take more for the effects to work their usual magic and soon you'll be digging into your supply. The best course of action is to simply take a break from weed. A week will usually suffice. Contrary to popular belief, weed is not addictive. You can stop using it at any given moment and not feel a thing. However, if you use cannabis as treatment for pain or insomnia then it will all definitely come back. 

Weed can become addictive in the sense that it may be part of your daily ritual but it's quite simple to break. Find something else to do that's very productive or active that will get you passed your routine and into bed without the need or want for it. Tea breaks are a very healthy approach for keeping your lifestyle with cannabis a good one and not just a habit. Try doing one when you feel like the amounts your smoking just aren't getting you high enough. If you don't want to stop smoking simply do less. It's a good practice to get into to keep you on your toes and not becoming reliant on weed for everything. Stay healthy!
